A prepared pre-stressed anchor rod is characterized in that a connecting structure at the lower end of an anti-floating tensile anchor rod of a concrete prefabricated pipe column is grouting body or concrete with an expanded head, and the grouting body or concrete with the expanded head is internally wrapped with a steel reinforcement framework or a bag; the steel reinforcement framework comprises one or more reinforcing steel bars, a steel reinforcement cage with a common structure and a variable-diameter steel reinforcement cage, when the steel reinforcement cage with the common structure and a variable-diameter steel reinforcement cage are adopted, the lower ends of anti-floating tensile anchor rod steel bars of a concrete prefabricated pipe column are connected with main reinforcements of the steel reinforcement cage or the variable-diameter steel reinforcement cage, and one or more steel bar anchor rod steel bars are used for being connected with one or more steel bars; and one or more reinforcing steel bars or reinforcement cages are still arranged in the center of the bag.
