A warning structure of an internally illuminated traffic cone contains: a body, at least one power supply module, and a light-emitting diode (LED) unit. The body is hollow and is made of 5 translucent material, and the body includes a hollow cone portion and a support seat. The support seat has at least one accommodation groove defined on a top thereof, and the body further includes an engagement unit surrounding around an inner rim of the body. The at least one power supply module is 10 accommodated in the at least one accommodation groove of the support seat so as to store and supply electricity. The LED unit includes multiple light-emitting diode (LED) bulbs receiving the electricity from the respective power supply module and accommodated in the engagement unit of the body, such that the 15 multiple LED bulbs emit lights into the body.
