Abstract A building structure is formed of one or more elongate clusters. Each cluster comprises a plurality of side by side module banks. Each module bank formed of end to end modular building units. At least one modular building unit of each bank is a corridor building unit that comprises a portion of a corridor that spans at least two banks. The corridor building unit of each bank also comprises at least part of a room on either side of the corridor. At least two of the side by side banks form a template.
