- 19 Abstract There is disclosed a method of assembling a building structure in which a first structural component is connected to a second structural component, the method comprising 5 positioning the first component relative to the second component whereby an exposed tip of at least one fastener applied to one of the components is received into a surface of the other component or into a recess in said surface such that it precludes translational displacement of the first component in a plane parallel to the surface, and thereafter driving the or each fastener into the said other component to fix the components together.
