An in-wall tundish assembly for installation in a wall cavity of a building, at least one pipe communicating fluid into the tundish and at least one pipe communicating fluid away from the tundish. The assembly comprises a body having at least one upper opening and at least one lower opening and walls extending between the upper opening and the lower opening to form a cavity, a cover located over an upper opening, the cover having frangible portions adapted to become apertures for positioning the pipes for communicating fluid into the body; an air gap aperture in fluid communication with the upper opening and lower opening, the air gap aperture having air gap aperture walls adapted to protrude from the body and locatable through the building wall panel. Additional features: source of UV for sanitising and grill and covers for preventing the ingress of vermin and rubbish.
