A water purification cartridge that is disposed in a cartridge receiving portion of a water discharge head having a water purification function, the water 5 purification cartridge comprising: an intermediate portion; a rear forming portion that is disposed at a rear end portion of the intermediate portion; and a connection terminal portion that is disposed at 10 a front end portion, includes a purified water flow path inside the connection terminal portion, and is connected to a connection receiving portion of the cartridge receiving portion, wherein the connection terminal portion includes: 15 a first annular packing; a second annular packing located on a rear side with respect to the first annular packing; a first groove that is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the connection terminal portion 20 and on which the first annular packing is disposed; a second groove that is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the connection terminal portion and on which the second annular packing is disposed; a purified water outlet hole capable of 25 communicating with the purified water flow path that is formed between the first annular packing and the second annular packing so as to be isolated from a raw water flow path in a state where the water purification cartridge is attached to the cartridge receiving portion; and 30 a downstream-side end face that faces frontward, is located on the rear side with respect to the first annular packing, and is located on a front side with respect to the second annular packing, the downstream-side end face is visually recognized in a front view in which the water purification cartridge is viewed from a front side, and the first annular packing has an outer diameter 5 G1 smaller than an outer diameter G2 of the second annular packing.
