Abstract A panel support assembly is described. The panel support assembly includes a clamp, which includes at least one panel clamping jaw for clamping a portion of a panel; and a base operatively connected to the clamp at a joint. The joint is configured to rotate the base portion relative to the clamp portion. The base further includes a foot for engaging with a surface upon which the panel assembly rests.
