PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar panel stand for providing excellent air permeability, and easy in taking-around of wiring.SOLUTION: A solar panel stand 4 for fixing a photovoltaic power generation panel 5 to a roof, is a solar panel stand 4 having a muntin 41 fixed to a backing material 3 of the roof by extending in the inclined direction of a roof surface and a cross rail 42 connected on the muntin 41 by extending in the orthogonal direction to the inclined direction and fixing-supporting the photovoltaic power generation panel 5, in which the muntin 41 comprises a muntin gutter part 410a formed of a groove extending in its extension direction, and the cross rail 42 comprises a cross rail first gutter part 420a and a cross rail second gutter part 420b formed of the groove of extending in its extension direction, and is connected on the muntin 41 by a machine screw in a state of arranging fastening holes 422b and 423b on the muntin gutter part 410a.
