PREMIXING AND DRY FIBRATION PROCESS
The process is described for the dry mixing of fibers of different types and sizes with materials formulated with cementants or agglutinant components, granular aggregates and able to include or otherwise other additional ingredients. The principal characteristics of the process are to ensure a correct incorporation of the fibers with the rest of the materials, increase the mechanical fastening of same with the rest of the components and facilitate the use of formulas with high fiber content (over-fibration).
L'invention concerne un procédé pour mélanger à sec des fibres de différents types et dimensions à des matériaux formulés avec des composants de cimentation ou agglutinants, agrégés, granulaires et qui peuvent comporter ou pas d'autres ingrédients supplémentaires. Le procédé de l'invention est principalement caractérisé en ce qu'il assure une incorporation correcte des fibres au reste des matériaux, en ce qu'il augmente la liaison mécanique des fibres au reste des composants et en ce qu'il facilite l'utilisation de formulations à haute teneur en fibres (formation importante de fibres). Ledit procédé peut être mis en oeuvre pour produire des matériaux utilisés dans le domaine des arts plastiques, Ia construction, I'ingénierie et l'industrie en général.
