Premixing process of concrete
The invention discloses a concrete pre-mixing process, which comprises the following steps: compounding 45 parts by weight of hyperbranched polyethyleneimine, 35 parts by weight of a quaternary ammonium salt and 5 parts by weight of guar gum to prepare a concrete anti-flocculating agent; cleaning gravel with water, separating the gravel from muddy water for cleaning the gravel, carrying out sedimentation and filter pressing on the muddy water on an assembly line through a polymeric flocculant aqueous solution, and separating water; and pouring the cleaned gravel and a cementing material into a stirring pot according to the mixing proportion, and starting a stirrer for stirring; if the gravel is cleaned with water, directly adding water according to the mixing ratio, finally adding 1.0-2.0% of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent into the stirring pot, continuously stirring for 60-90 seconds, and stopping stirring; and if the gravel is cleaned by separated water, preparing a concrete anti-flocculating agent aqueous solution with the concentration of 1% according to a mixing ratio, pouring into the stirring pot, adding water according to a mixing ratio, stirring for 30 seconds, adding 1.0-2.0% of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer into the stirring pot, continuously stirring for 60-90 seconds, and stopping stirring.
本发明公开了一种混凝土的预拌工艺,按重量份计,将45份的超支化聚乙烯亚胺、35份的季铵盐和5份的瓜尔胶复配制得混凝土抗絮凝剂,先用水对砂石进行清洗,将砂石与清洗砂石的泥水分离,泥水用高分子絮凝剂水溶液在流水线上进行沉降和压滤,并分离出水,将清洗后的砂石和胶凝材料按配合比投放于搅拌锅内,开启搅拌器进行搅拌;如果砂石是用水清洗的,直接投加配合比的水,最后向搅拌锅内投加1.0~2.0%的聚羧酸减水剂继续搅拌60~90s后停止搅拌即可;如果是用分离水清洗的砂石,取配合比的混凝土抗絮凝剂,并将其配置成1%浓度的水溶液投加于搅拌锅内,再投加配合比的水搅拌30s后,向搅拌锅内投加1.0~2.0%的聚羧酸减水剂继续搅拌60~90s后停止搅拌即可。
