Plant (1) for producing warm asphalt mixes, comprising: a first mobile platform (10) for the controlled feed of the aggregate in the warm asphalt mix to a second mobile platform (30), where said aggregate is heated, or directly to a fourth mobile platform (20); a second mobile platform (30) where the aggregate from the first mobile platform (10) is heated; a third mobile platform (40) where the aggregate from the second mobile platform (30) is filtered; and a fourth mobile platform (20) where the material outputted from the second mobile platform (30) or directly from the first mobile platform (10) is mixed, the materials mixed differing as a function of the end product required.
