THERMOPLASTIC POLYOLEFIN MEMBRANE WITH ENHANCED THERMAL RESISTANCE
Disclosed herein are thermoplastic olefin (TPO) membranes with enhanced thermal resistance. In an embodiment, the disclosed may include a cap layer, a core layer, and a scrim layer disposed therebetween. The cap layer may be formulated with TPO resins and a UV stabilizer package comprising ultrafine Ti02. The UV stabilizer package may further comprise various other additives, including a UV stabilizer, an antioxidant, a process or thermal stabilizer, and/or a UV absorber.

Dans un mode de réalisation, les membranes décrites peuvent comprendre une couche de finition, une couche centrale, et une couche de canevas intercalée entre les deux. La couche de finition peut être formulée avec des résines TPO et un assortiment de stabilisants UV comprenant du TiO2 ultrafin. L'assortiment de stabilisants UV peut, en outre, comprendre divers autres additifs, dont un stabilisant UV, un antioxydant, un stabilisant de procédé ou thermique, et/ou un absorbeur UV.
