SLIDING DOOR LOCKING DEVICE
A sliding door locking device including an interior controller disposed adjacent to an interior handle of the sliding door. The interior controller in communication with a latching body adjacent an interior handle. An exterior controller is disposed adjacent to an exterior handle. The device further includes a coupler selectively in communication with the exterior controller. An authenticator is in communication with the coupler wherein when the authenticator authenticates a user, the authenticator causes the coupler to engage the exterior controller to couple operation of the exterior controller to the latching body. A locking cassette may be included as the locking body. The cassette may be in communication with the interior controller to lockingly engage with the keeper.
