An automated system for creating a road from either sand, gravel, or aggregate in conjunction with expandable webbing. Said system requires the input of the expandable webbing and either sand or gravel which are then positioned and deployed automatically to generate a road surface. The system is comprised of a series of pins which restrain and transport the webbing, an automatic welder to connect sections of webbing, a hopper to receive the sand or gravel and a distribution system comprised of at least one conveyor and augur which deposit and spread the sand or gravel on and in the expandable webbing where it is settled in place by a vibration plate.
