The invention relates to a road surface cleaning machine comprising a blow-washing device, a flushing device, an adsorption device, a power box and a frame. The adsorption device is composed of a pressing wheel, a guide roller, an extrusion roller, an adsorption belt, an outer frame, a sewage collecting tank and a sewage pipe. The road surface cleaning machine is hung on a motor vehicle and movesalong with the motor vehicle. The flushing device flushes ground sand and dust from the road surface and gaps to be converted into muddy water, and the adsorption belt penetrates the pressing wheel, the guide roller and the extrusion roller and rolls forwards along with the pressing wheel under the action of the motor vehicle to adsorb the muddy water. When the adsorption belt passes through the extrusion roller, muddy water is extruded out and falls into the sewage collecting tank at the lower part of the extrusion roller. A driving mechanism is not needed, the specification and size can be customized according to needs, use is flexible and convenient, raised dust on a road can be effectively reduced, PM2.5 is reduced, the air quality is improved, and road cleaning is more efficient and environmentally friendly.
