WEEPING TILE FLAPPER VALVE
A flapper valve (backwater valve) that is made of plastic and has a handle is used to drain weeping tile. The invention is useful in that the flapper valve can replace existing metal flappers that are present in weeping tiles installed prior to mid 1980's, and avoid basement flood caused by existing metal flappers that tend to rust and have no handle.
