The present disclosure provides for a staircase interconnection assembly generally comprised of a first bracket, an adjustable landing bracket, an elongated bracket and a second bracket. These brackets are all interconnected by a series of steps and landings, and ultimate secured to a surface to create an improved staircase. The present disclosure also provides for an adjustable terminating bracket that is connected to another bracket, which is in turn connected to any number of n brackets. Both of the terminating and landing brackets are adjustable along their length to provide flexibility when connecting to either a surface or a landing, respectively. Indeed, their adjustability provides for greater adaptability and allows an installer to keep the various spacing between steps, landings and surface at the desired length.
