MODULE FOR NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION DEVICES, NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION DEVICES
The module for a natural gas liquefaction apparatus includes: a frame configured to accommodate a device group forming a part of the natural gas liquefaction apparatus; an annex building, which is provided separately from the frame, and is configured to accommodate at least one of a power supply apparatus or a control information output device; and a coupling member, which is configured to couple the frame and the annex building to each other so as to enable the frame and the annex building to be transported as one unit at a time of transportation of the module for a natural gas liquefaction apparatus , and is removed so as to separate the frame and the annex building from each other at a time of installation of the module for a natural gas liquefaction apparatus in a construction site of the natural gas liquefaction apparatus.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un module pour des dispositifs de liquéfaction de gaz naturel qui peuvent être facilement transportés et installés au niveau d'un site de construction. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une structure (30) pour un module M de dispositifs de liquéfaction de gaz naturel qui loge un groupe de machines (6, 41) qui constitue une partie du dispositif de liquéfaction de gaz naturel. Un bâtiment annexe (50) est fourni séparément de la structure (30) et loge un équipement d'alimentation électrique pour fournir de l'énergie à un équipement de consommation d'énergie et/ou à un équipement de sortie d'informations de commande afin de délivrer des informations concernant une commande de fonctionnement à un dispositif de commande effectuant une commande de fonctionnement pour l'équipement à commander. Un élément de connexion (31) relie la structure (30) et le bâtiment annexe (50) de sorte que ceux-ci peuvent être transportés ensemble lorsque le module M pour des dispositifs de liquéfaction de gaz naturel est transporté et, lorsque la structure et le bâtiment annexe sont installés au niveau du site de construction pour le dispositif de liquéfaction de gaz naturel, l'élément de connexion est retiré pour séparer la structure et le bâtiment annexe.
