MODULE FOR NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION DEVICES, NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION DEVICES
[Problem] To provide a module for natural gas liquefaction devices that can be easily transported and installed at a construction site. [Solution] A structure 30 for a module M for natural gas liquefaction devices houses a group of machines 6, 41 that constitute a portion of the natural gas liquefaction device. An annex building 50 is provided separately from the structure 30 and houses power supply equipment to supply power to power consumption equipment and/or control information output equipment to output information pertaining to operation control to a controller performing operation control for the equipment to be controlled. A connection member 31 connects the structure 30 and the annex building 50 so these can be transported as one when the module M for natural gas liquefaction devices is being transported and, when the structure and the annex building are installed at the construction site for the natural gas liquefaction device, is removed to separate the structure and the annex building.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un module pour des dispositifs de liquéfaction de gaz naturel qui peuvent être facilement transportés et installés au niveau d'un site de construction. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une structure (30) pour un module M de dispositifs de liquéfaction de gaz naturel qui loge un groupe de machines (6, 41) qui constitue une partie du dispositif de liquéfaction de gaz naturel. Un bâtiment annexe (50) est fourni séparément de la structure (30) et loge un équipement d'alimentation électrique pour fournir de l'énergie à un équipement de consommation d'énergie et/ou à un équipement de sortie d'informations de commande afin de délivrer des informations concernant une commande de fonctionnement à un dispositif de commande effectuant une commande de fonctionnement pour l'équipement à commander. Un élément de connexion (31) relie la structure (30) et le bâtiment annexe (50) de sorte que ceux-ci peuvent être transportés ensemble lorsque le module M pour des dispositifs de liquéfaction de gaz naturel est transporté et, lorsque la structure et le bâtiment annexe sont installés au niveau du site de construction pour le dispositif de liquéfaction de gaz naturel, l'élément de connexion est retiré pour séparer la structure et le bâtiment annexe.
