PORTABLE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING FOR PLACEMENT WITHOUT FOUNDATION
A portable residential building configured for off-site construction and subsequent relocation to land without a basement foundation, the building having a base support structure configured for selective anchoring to the ground, a heating system for supplying heat and hot water to the building, an electrical panel for supplying electrical power feed throughout the building, a plumbing system, and an air exchange system, the building floor provided with insulation and polyethylene vapour barrier. The heating system is configured for selective connection to an on-site supply (water supply, propane or natural gas supply and/or electricity supply), the electrical panel is configured for selective connection to the on-site electricity supply, and the plumbing system is configured for selective connection to the on-site water supply and an on-site sewer or septic system.
