FLEXIBLE THERMAL INSULATION ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR THERMALLY INSULATING A SNOW HEAP
The present disclosure concerns a flexible thermal insulation assembly to thermally insulate matter from an external environment, the flexible thermal insulation assembly comprising a plurality of thermal insulation covering sections comprising an outer layer and an insulated matter-facing layer, the plurality of thermal insulation covering sections being configurable in an adjacent configuration wherein the plurality of thermal insulation covering sections are articulately connected to one another to substantially conform to an outer surface of the insulated matter; and an insulated matter-mounting assembly securing the plurality of thermal insulation covering sections onto the insulated matter with the insulated matter-facing layers of the plurality of thermal insulation covering sections at least partially covering the insulated matter and substantially conforming thereto. The present disclosure also concerns a method for thermally insulating matter, such as a snow heap, from an external environment.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble d'isolation thermique flexible destiné à isoler thermiquement une matière par rapport à un environnement externe, l'ensemble d'isolation thermique flexible comprenant une pluralité de sections de revêtement d'isolation thermique comprenant une couche externe et une couche faisant face à la matière isolée, la pluralité de sections de revêtement d'isolation thermique étant configurables dans une configuration adjacente dans laquelle la pluralité de sections de revêtement d'isolation thermique sont reliées de manière articulée entre elles pour s'adapter sensiblement à une surface externe de la matière isolée ; et un ensemble de montage de matière isolée fixant la pluralité de sections de revêtement d'isolation thermique sur la matière isolée, les couches faisant face à la matière isolée de la pluralité de sections de revêtement d'isolation thermique recouvrant au moins partiellement la matière isolée et s'adaptant sensiblement à celle-ci. La présente invention concerne également un procédé d'isolation thermique de matière, telle qu'un tas de neige, par rapport à un environnement externe.
