ARTICULATED ASSEMBLY OF TWO LINKS, AND ASSOCIATED REMOVAL CHAIN
Disclosed is an articulated assembly (10) of two links (100, 101, 102) for a ballast removal chain (8), a first (101) of the two links (101, 102) comprising a single-piece member (101') having two flanges (110a, 110b) which are parallel to one another and each of which has a through-hole (111), a second (102) of the two links comprising a single-piece member (102') comprising a guide flange (120) that is inserted between the two parallel flanges (110a, 110b) of the first link (101), the guide flange (120) being penetrated by a guide hole (112), the articulated assembly (10) further comprising a hinge pin (160) that is inserted into the guide hole (112) and the through-hole (111) in each of the two parallel flanges (110a, 110b). The guide hole (112) is reinforced by a bushing (113) designed to receive the hinge pin (160) and rotatingly guide the hinge pin (160) relative to the single-piece member (102') of the second link (102). The through-hole (111) in one (110b) of the two parallel flanges comprises a flat portion (105) cooperating with a flat section (161) of the hinge pin (160) so as to prevent the hinge pin (160) from rotating relative to the single-piece member (101') of the first link (101).
Assemblage (10) articulé de deux maillons (100, 101, 102) pour une chaîne (8) d'excavation de ballast, un premier (101) des deux maillons (101, 102) comportant un corps (101') monobloc ayant deux flasques (110a, 110b) parallèles l'un à l'autre et traversés chacun par un trou traversant (111), un deuxième (102) des deux maillons comportant un corps (102') monobloc comprenant un flasque de guidage (120) inséré entre les deux flasques parallèles (110a, 110b) du premier maillon (101), le flasque de guidage (120) étant traversé par un trou de guidage (112), l'assemblage (10) articulé comportant en outre un gond (160) inséré dans le trou de guidage (112) et le trou traversant (111) de chacun des deux flasques (110a, 110b) parallèles. Le trou de guidage (112) est renforcé par une douille (113) configurée pour recevoir le gond (160) et guider le gond (160) en rotation par rapport au corps (102') monobloc du deuxième maillon (102). Le trou traversant (111) de l'un (110b) des deux flasques parallèles comprend un plat (105) coopérant avec un méplat (161) du gond (160) de sorte à bloquer en rotation le gond (160) par rapport au corps (101') monobloc du premier maillon (101).
