FULL ROUND TRAVELLING FORMWORK FOR SECONDARY LINING OF TUNNELS
The invention relates to formwork systems specifically adapted to full-round tunnel lining formwork systems. The system comprises: at least one formwork element having a surface shaped to form a part of a tunnel lining; a hydraulic cylinder coupled to the formwork element in order to exert pressure on it towards a primary lining; and at least one load sensor for measuring the load exerted by the hydraulic cylinder. The system further comprises a system controller adapted to operate the hydraulic cylinder based on the measurements of the pressure sensor, and adapted to maintain the pressure exerted by the formwork element on a primary lining during the casting of the concrete either equal to or less than a predefined pressure to avoid damaging the external tunnel lining or structure. The formwork system speeds up execution works and prevents budget overruns resulting from damages and repairs.
L'invention concerne des systèmes de coffrage adaptés spécifiquement aux coffrages de revêtement de tunnels complets. Le système comprend au moins un élément de coffrage dont la surface est appropriée pour former une partie du revêtement d'un tunnel, et un vérin hydraulique accouplé à l'élément de coffrage pour exercer une pression sur celui-ci vers un revêtement primaire, et au moins un capteur de charge pour mesurer la charge exercée par le vérin hydraulique. Le système comprend en outre un contrôleur de système conçu pour faire fonctionner le vérin hydraulique sur la base des mesures du capteur de pression, et conçu pour maintenir la pression exercée par l'élément de coffrage sur un revêtement primaire pendant la coulée du béton, égale ou inférieure à une pression prédéfinie pour éviter d'endommager le revêtement ou la structure externe d'un tunnel. Le système de coffrage accélère les travaux d'exécution et évite le surcoût budgétaire lié aux dommages et aux réparations.
