The invention discloses a novel lightweight energy-saving wall plate. The novel lightweight energy-saving wall plate is prepared from the following raw materials: industrial coal slag or coal ash, cement, river sand, zinc oxide, polypropylene staple fibers, alkaline glass fibers, a methylenedimethyl bisnaphthalene sulphonate polymer, cellulose ether, redispersible latex powder and polyhexenol. The novel lightweight energy-saving wall plate is prepared from the following raw materials including the industrial coal slag or coal ash, industrial furnace slag of a thermal power generation plant or mine mountain flour, the cement and the like; the demanding requirements of raw material resources of the wall plate are met; and meanwhile, the effects of regenerating and recycling the industrial wastes and protecting the environment are realized.
