Lightweight and energy-saving concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to lightweight and energy-saving concrete and preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding expanded vermiculite powder and petroleum coke powder into water, carrying out ball milling, adding a mixture of cement and sand, uniformly stirring and mixing the mixture, continuously adding light aggregate, an additive and ammonium persulfate, and uniformly stirringthe mixture to obtain a first slurry; adding a hydrochloric acid solution of 1-naphthylamine into the first slurry, adding the gel particles while stirring, uniformly stirring and mixing the components to obtain second slurry, and finally injecting the second slurry into a mold for vibration molding and maintenance to obtain a concrete product. The concrete product is light in weight, low in heat conductivity coefficient and high in strength.
本发明涉及一种轻质、节能混凝土及其制备方法,先将膨胀蛭石粉和石油焦粉加入水中,球磨,接着加入水泥和砂的混合物,搅拌混匀,继续加入轻集料和外加剂、过硫酸铵,搅拌均匀得到第一浆料;接着向第一浆料中加入1‑萘胺的盐酸溶液,边搅拌边加入凝胶颗粒,搅拌混匀得到第二浆料,最后将第二浆料注入模具振捣成型,养护,即得一种混凝土产品,质轻,导热系数低,强度高。

The invention relates to lightweight and energy-saving concrete and preparation method thereof.
