A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a process for preparing a composite foamed cement board. The process comprises the following steps: (1) proportioning all ingredients in parts by weight: 21 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 19 parts of fly ash, 20 parts of mineral powder, 6 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 2 parts of foam stabilizer, 0.4 part of polypropylene fibers and 0.5 part of excitant; and (2) proportioning, wherein the ratio of water to material is 0.54, the temperature of material slurry is 20-40 DEG C, and the revolving speed of a stirrer is 3,500r/min. The process for preparing the composite foamed cement board, disclosed by the invention, can be used for overcoming the disadvantages of unreasonable proportioning ratio, short service life, low reliability and the like in the prior art, thereby achieving the advantages of reasonable proportioning ratio, long service life and high reliability.
