Inorganic grouting material used in coal mine
The invention relates to an inorganic grouting material used in a coal mine. The inorganic grouting material is divided into two groups of slurry of which one group of slurry comprises 60-70 parts by weight of sulfoaluminate cement, 10-15 parts by weight of aluminate cement, 1-8 parts by weight of a suspending agent and 1-3 parts by weight of a setting retarder and the other group of slurry comprises 40-50 parts by weight of gypsum, 20-30 parts by weight of granulated slag powder, 10-20 parts by weight of quicklime and 10-15 parts by weight of fly ash. When the inorganic grouting material is used, two groups of components are respectively prepared into slurry in which the weight ratio of water to cement is (0.8:1)-(1.2:1), two groups of slurry are simultaneously grouted at a ratio of 1:1 into cracks in coal wall, two materials are substantially non-solidified, after the mixing, the solidification time is shortened to less than 1 minute, the maximum cementing strength reaches 25MPa, the gelling strength is high and the cracks are effectively filled and cemented. Since the material cannot generate heat during the grouting and solidifying, the difficult problem of the application of the grouting material in high-gas coal mine is solved. The grouting material is low in cost and is suitable for various grouting reinforcements of the coal mine.
