Inorganic composite grouting material for coal mine tunnel surrounding rock reinforcement
The invention relates to an inorganic composite grouting material for reinforcing surrounding rock of a coal mine tunnel, which belongs to the technical field of mineral exploitation and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55-70 parts of Portland cement, 15-25 parts of magnesium phosphate cement, 8-13 parts of an environment-friendly anti-seepage enhancer, 25-35 parts of fine aggregate, 3-4 parts of an exciting agent and 1.2-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent. The environment-friendly impervious enhancer takes desert sand as a core, the desert sand and a silane coupling agent KH550 are subjected to wet mixing and self-promotion hydrolysis by utilizing the characteristic of high alkalinity of the desert sand, and then the desert sand and a polycarboxylic acid chelating agent are subjected to hot mixing reaction, so that the surface of the desert sand is modified, and the surface is endowed with certain chelating property; the colloid structure of the dredged sediment is destroyed by the acidity of the anode mud and residual metal cations to form metal ion-containing combinations, the tiny combinations are captured by chelation to form composite particles, and a mud-containing coating layer is formed on the surface of the desert sand, so that the curing strength and impermeability of the grouting material are greatly improved.
