Aluminum-free autoclaved aerated building block
The invention discloses an aluminum-free autoclaved aerated building block. The aluminum-free autoclaved aerated building block is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of water, 40-45 parts of cement, 35-45 parts of gypsum, 21-27 parts of silica sand, 10-15 parts of saw dust, 10-15 parts of corn straws, 8-15 parts of a water reducing agent, 6-10 parts of micro-porous calcium carbonate, 2-7 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 3-5 parts of sodium polyacrylate and 0.5-2 parts of polyester fibers. According to the aluminum-free autoclaved aerated building block disclosed by the invention, volume-weight is 400kg/cm<3> to 800kg/cm<3> and the heat conductivity coefficient is generally between 0.04 kcal/m*h*DEG to 0.07 kcal/m*h*DEG which is 1/4 to 1/5 of that of clay and 1/5 to 1/10 of that of common cement concrete. In the north, an aerated concrete block wall body which is 24cm thick is adopted. Meanwhile, the use of aluminum powder as an aerating agent is avoided, so that the cost is greatly lowered, and environmental protection requirements on low cost and high performance are realized.
