Aluminum-free autoclaved fly aerated concrete block
The invention discloses an aluminum-free autoclaved fly aerated concrete block which comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 100 parts of water, 50-55 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of cement, 21-25 parts of glazed hollow bead, 12-17 parts of micro-porous calcium silicate, 10-15 parts of polyester fiber, 12-20 parts of corn stalk, 10-14 parts of a water reducer, 5-7 parts of hydroxyl epoxy resin and 1-4 parts of ethyl cellulose ether. According to the aluminum-free autoclaved fly aerated concrete block, its unit weight is 400-800 kilogram/cubic meter, and its heat conductivity coefficient is usually between 0.04-0.07 kilocalorie/meter*hour*degree and is only 1/4-1/5 of that of clay brick and only 1/5-1/10 of that of common cement concrete. In the North, an aerated concrete block wall of 24 centimetres thick is adopted. Meanwhile, the condition that aluminium powder is used as an air entraining agent in the prior art is avoided; costs are minimized greatly; and low-cost and high-efficiency environmental protection requirements are achieved.
