Ferrite for communication microwave isolator and circulator and preparation method
The invention relates to a gyromagnetic ferrite material suitable for a communication frequency band, and particularly relates to a ferrite for communication microwave isolator and circulator and a preparation method. The ferrite for communication microwave isolator and circulator is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of Fe2O3, 45 parts of PrO3, 0.5 part of CaCO3, 0.7 part of ZrO2, 0.03 part of In2O3 and 0.03 part of MnCO3. Through 5 years of research and exploration of the formula and process of the ferrite for communication microwave isolator and circulator and the preparation method, lots of experiments are conducted for verification and comparison of the content of the rare earth raw material, the iron deficiency, the sintering temperature of a ball milling medium and the like so as to find the best combination; and the products produced at present have the advantages of high dielectric constant, small device volume and low processing cost while the index parameters are not worse than those of imported materials.
