The invention relates to the technical field of electronic materials, in particular to a microwave gyromagnetic YIG ferrite substrate, a preparation method of the microwave gyromagnetic YIG ferrite substrate and a microstrip circulator/isolator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining powder of gyromagnetic YIG ferrite; s2, after the powder is prepared into tape casting slurry, tape casting is carried out, and a tape casting diaphragm is obtained; s3, punching and laminating the casting membrane, and pre-pressing to form a raw ceramic block; s4, pressing the pre-pressed green china block to form a compact green china block; and S5, carrying out cutting, glue discharging and sintering on the compact raw ceramic block to obtain the microwave gyromagnetic YIG ferrite substrate. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, excess materials generated in the punching and cutting processes can be recycled, so that the production and development cost is effectively reduced.
