The invention provides a preparation method of graphene ball toughened SiCN ceramic and relates to a SiCN ceramic preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a graphene oxide anhydrous ethyl alcohol dispersion solution : an anhydrous ethyl alcohol solution is added in to graphene oxide, and a container is closed and then placed in an ultrasonic machine for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain the graphene oxide anhydrous ethyl alcohol dispersion solution; 2) preparing a mixed solution of the graphene oxide anhydrous ethyl alcohol dispersion solution and polysilazane: the graphene oxide anhydrous ethyl alcohol dispersion solution obtained in step 1) is added into a polysilazane solution, dicumyl peroxide is added into the polysilazane solution, the container is closed, and then stirring and ultrasonic treatment are conducted to obtain the mixed solution of the graphene oxide anhydrous ethyl alcohol dispersion solution and polysilazane; 3) preparing the graphene ball toughened SiCN ceramic: the mixed solution is subjected to thermal crosslinking in an inert atmosphere, so that the flavescent liquid changes into black solid polysilazane, the black solid polysilazane is ground into powder, the powder is hot-pressed into biscuits, and the biscuits are pyrolyzed under the protection of inert gas to obtain the product.
