The preparation method comprises the following steps: cutting 40-50 parts by weight of carbon fiber, mixing the carbon fiber with 35-40 parts by weight of W20 ceramic material, 2.5-4 parts by weight of rare-earth material, 1 part by weight of zeolite and 7-9 parts by weight of resin, stirring uniformly, putting the uniformly mixed raw materials into a mold, putting the mold into a pressure vessel, heating to 500 DEG C, carrying out stage pressurization from 500 DEG C to 1850 DEG C by multiple temperature gradient, keeping at 1800-1850 DEG C for 20 minutes, cutting off the power, and cooling. The carbon-ceramic composite material has the advantages of light weight and low specific gravity, effectively overcomes the defect of heavy weight in the existing explosion-proof clothes and appliances, and provides life safety protection for army soldiers, armed police, policemen and operating personnel in the explosion field.
