A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention provides a method for preparing a porous material with solid waste as a raw material. The method comprises the steps: one, preparing a corn husk powder and a glycosylated sludge powder; two, mixing evenly coal-based industrial waste and the glycosylated sludge powder, to obtain a mixed powder; three, mixing evenly deionized water, the corn husk powder and the mixed powder, to obtain a blank material; four, placing the blank material in a constant temperature oven, and carrying out staling treatment and pressing molding, to obtain a molded blank material; and five, carrying out drying treatment and roasting treatment on the molded blank material, and naturally cooling to obtain the porous material. According to the method, the porous material is prepared with the coal-based industrial waste as a support material, glycosylated sludge as a bonding material and corn husks as a pore forming material and through mixing, staling, pressing, roasting and a series of technological processes; and the porous material comprises mostly blocks with medium pores and large pores, and can be used for adsorbing materials, catalysts and carriers in flue gas desulfurization and denitrification treatment processes, environmental-protection sound absorption materials, lightweight ceramics and other many fields.
