The invention discloses environment-friendly waterproof noise-reducing fluorescent wallpaper. The environment-friendly waterproof noise-reducing fluorescent wallpaper comprises a base layer and a pattern layer which is arranged on the base layer; the wallpaper is characterized in that an environment-friendly material layer is arranged above the pattern layer, an adhesive layer is arranged on the environment-friendly material layer, a sand grain layer is arranged on the adhesive layer, a waterproof layer is arranged on the sand grain layer, a fluorescent layer is arranged on the waterproof layer, an adhesive sticker layer is arranged under the base layer, a release paper layer is arranged under the adhesive sticker layer, the environment-friendly material layer is formed by use of one of pine twig, weed and dried fruit material, the waterproof layer is made of a polytetrafluoroethylene material, the fluorescent layer is 0.2mm, the waterproof layer is 0.3mm thick, the sand grain layer is 0.3mm thick and the base layer is 0.1mm thick. The environment-friendly waterproof noise-reducing fluorescent wallpaper is long in service life, luminous at night, waterproof, free from spot formation and mildew, advantageous for body health and indoor environment, and has the functions of sound absorption and noise reduction.
