The pattern layer is arranged on the base layer, and the environment-friendly waterproof noise-reducing abrasion-resisting fluorescent wallpaper is characterized in that an environment-friendly material layer, an adhesive layer, a sand grain layer, a waterproof layer, a fluorescent layer, an abrasion-resisting layer, an adhesive sticker layer and a release paper layer are further included; the environment-friendly material layer is arranged on the pattern layer, the adhesive layer is arranged on the environment-friendly material layer, and the sand grain layer is arranged on the adhesive layer; the waterproof layer is arranged on the sand grain layer, the fluorescent layer is arranged on the waterproof layer, the abrasion-resisting layer is arranged on the fluorescent layer, the adhesive sticker layer is arranged below the base layer, and the release paper layer is arranged below the adhesive sticker layer; the environment-friendly material layer is made of one of matsugae, weeds and dried fruit materials, the waterproof layer is made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials, the abrasion-resisting layer is made of polyethylene materials, and fluorescent powder materials are arranged in the fluorescent layer.
