Copper sheet post-embedding type water stop construction method of underground waterproof project
The invention relates to a copper sheet post-embedding type water stop construction method of an underground waterproof project, and belongs to the field of construction of underground projects. The method comprises the following steps of firstly chiseling a water stop part mounting groove in a built concrete structure; coating epoxy coating at the bottom part of the groove as a bottom layer; coating epoxy grout, and then fixing the copper sheet water stop part; coating epoxy mortar on the copper sheet water stop part, and filling the water stop part mounting groove with epoxy mortar; after initial curing, coating an epoxy resin coating layer at the surface of the epoxy mortar; after curing, detaching a bracket, casting the adjacent structure requiring water stopping, embedding the other side of the copper sheet water stop part in the concrete of the adjacent structure, and enabling the bending part of the copper sheet water stop part to be remained in an expansion joint. The method has the advantages that the method is used for the construction of reverse type underground waterproof projects, the sealing and waterproof effects are good, and the same sealing and waterproof effects as those of the pre-embedding method are realized.
