Copper sheet water stop construction method
The invention relates to a copper sheet water stop construction method, which solves the problem of poor water stop effect of a construction method of firstly chiseling grooves in concrete and then filling the concrete during copper sheet water stop construction. The method comprises the steps that firstly, the outline of a water stop groove is cut through a cutting machine on firstly-poured concrete, the firstly-poured concrete in the range of the water stop groove is chiseled away manually with an electric pick, an expansion bolt hole is drilled through an impact electric drill, and after old concrete in the water groove is chiseled away, loose concrete particles and blocks on the surface and in the expansion bolt hole are manually removed; washing the water stop groove and the expansion bolt hole with high-pressure water to clean the concrete base surface and the expansion bolt hole, manually compacting the cushion epoxy resin mortar after the concrete interface is dried, then installing a copper sheet water stop, knocking the copper sheet water stop with a rubber hammer to enable the copper sheet water stop to be tightly attached to the compacted cushion epoxy resin mortar, and sealing the cushion epoxy resin mortar; and after the copper sheet water stop is installed, the copper sheet water stop is fixed through a gasket and an expansion bolt, the epoxy resin mortar is compacted and filled, curing is conducted for 7 days in a dry environment, and finally plug concrete is poured.
本发明为铜片止水施工方法,解决铜片止水施工时在先浇筑混凝土内凿槽后利用混凝土填充的施工方法止水效果差的问题。首先在先浇筑混凝土用切割机切出止水槽的轮廓,人工持电镐凿除止水槽范围内的先浇筑混凝土,并用冲击电钻钻膨胀螺栓孔,水槽内老混凝土凿除完成后,人工清除表面上和膨胀螺栓孔内的松动混凝土颗粒和块体,并用高压水冲洗止水槽和膨胀螺栓孔,使混凝土基面和膨胀螺栓孔清洁,混凝土界面干燥后,人工压实垫层环氧树脂砂浆,然后安装铜片止水,用橡皮锤敲击铜片止水使其紧贴已压实的垫层环氧树脂砂浆,铜片止水安装完成后采用垫圈和膨胀螺栓对铜片止水进行固定,压实填充环氧树脂砂浆,并在干燥环境内养护7天以后,最后浇筑堵头混凝土。
