The anti-splashing closestool device comprises a closestool cover, a closestool ring, a water tank and a substrate, a holding cavity A and a holding cavity B are arranged in the substrate, the holding cavity A is a bowl-shaped cavity with openings in the upside and downside, the holding cavity B is a bowl-shaped cavity symmetrical to openings of the holding cavity A, and an elastic stop piece is arranged at the joint between the holding cavity A and the holding cavity B through a torsion spring; a weighing device is arranged in the closestool ring, the weighing device comprises a PLC controller and a weight measurer, a pedal is arranged before the substrate and provided with a pressure sensor, a water drain valve and a water inlet valve are arranged in the water tank, and the water inlet valve comprises a water inlet pipe, a water inlet and a water outlet; the water inlet pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve. The stop piece is divided into a stop piece A and a stop piece B, when the stop piece A and stop piece B are closed, the opening is closed towards the downside, and there is a gap under the closed state. The anti-splashing closestool device is capable of preventing the closestool spluttering water when using, the water amount can be randomly controlled according to the need when draining dirt, and the water saving performance is excellent.
