Explosion venting plate and production method thereof
The invention provides an explosion venting plate comprising a steel framework, a non-woven fabric surface layer composited to the upper surface of the steel framework, and a non-woven fabric surface layer composited to the lower surface of the steel framework. An explosion venting core material is arranged in the steel framework, and is selected from one or more of spontaneously-foaming cement, cement perlite and cement polyphenyl granules. As being provided with the steel framework, the non-woven fabric surface layers and the explosion venting core material, the explosion venting plate is a green building cladding material with weight bearing, heat insulating and explosion venting functions and is applicable to outer walls and roofs of buildings. The invention further provides a production method of the explosion venting plate.
