The invention discloses an explosion venting plate and a manufacturing method thereof. A plate body is composed of hollow core bodies and composite foam concrete, the hollow core bodies are arranged in two rows in parallel and are mutually vertically staggered, the peripheries and two ends of the hollow core bodies are filled with the composite foam concrete, and two surfaces of the plate body are planes. The manufacturing method comprises the step of stirring 48% of magnesium oxysulfate cement, 12% of an animal protein foaming agent, 4% of an aluminate accelerator and 36% of water to prepare composite foam concrete, thereby finishing the preparation of the plate body. The explosion venting plate has good explosion venting capacity, when the explosion venting plate encounters impact waves generated by explosion, the explosion venting plate can be split into dust particles with the maximum being 1 cm, the dust particles cannot cause serious harm to human bodies and properties, the explosion venting impact capacity is further enhanced due to the inner cavity structure, and meanwhile, the heat preservation effect can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种泄爆板及其制作方法,板体由空芯体和复合泡沫混凝土构成,空芯体平行排列成两排,且相互垂直交错,空芯体的外周及两端填充有复合泡沫混凝土,板体的两面为平面。采用硫氧镁水泥48%、动物蛋白发泡剂12%、铝酸盐速凝剂4%和水36%进行搅拌,制成复合泡沫混凝土,完成板体制作。本发明具有较好地泄爆能力,当遇到爆炸产生的冲击波时,会分裂成最大1CM或粉尘颗粒,对人体及财产不会构成重大危害,加之本发明的内部空腔结构,更增强了泄爆冲击能力,同时还能起到保温效果。
