The invention discloses a grouting waterproof sealing strip and a water proof structure of a pre-cast wall panel vertical seam and a construction method of the water proof structure. The structure comprises pre-cast wall panels and the grouting waterproof sealing strip connected between the pre-cast wall panels, wherein a through sealing ditch groove is formed along the vertical direction of each of the two side ends of the pre-cast wall panels; the cross section of each sealing ditch groove is the same as the half part, which is divided by a cross section middle line, of the grouting waterproof sealing strip in shape; the cross section of each sealing ditch groove and the half part of the grouting waterproof sealing strip are tightly stuck to each other and accord with each other; a half of the grouting waterproof sealing strip is embedded in one sealing ditch groove of one pre-cast wall panel; the other half of the grouting waterproof sealing strip is embedded in one sealing ditch groove of the other adjacent pre-cast wall panel; a water-guiding groove, a grout discharging hole and a grouting hole in the routing waterproof sealing strip all correspond to vertical connecting seams of the two pre-cast wall panels; the water-guiding groove is positioned in a water-facing surface; a micro-expanding grouting material fills the cavity of the grouting waterproof sealing strip. The construction method provided by the invention is simple; the waterproof effect and seepage-proofing effect of the pre-cast wall panel vertical seam are good; the method can be widely applied to pre-cast wall panel vertical seam waterproof construction and construction of a room wall panel with waterproof and moisture-proof functions.
