Polyurethane composite board
The invention discloses a polyurethane composite board which comprises a polyurethane material layer, and a first metal layer and a second metal layer, wherein the polyurethane material layer is arranged between the first metal layer and the second metal layer; a first carbon foam material layer, a second carbon foam material layer and a heat dissipation layer arranged between the first carbon foam material layer and the second carbon foam material are laminated in the middle of the polyurethane material layer; multiple fixing pieces are arranged on the first metal layer and the second metal layer; the fixing pieces are at least partially inserted into the polyurethane material layer; telescopic pieces are arranged in the fixing piece; each telescopic piece is made of a memory alloy material; after being unfolded, each telescopic piece is perpendicular to the axis of the corresponding fixing piece and is inserted into the polyurethane material layer, so that the polyurethane material layer is fixedly connected with the first and second metal layers. The outer layer and the inner layer are firmly combined by utilizing a mechanical structure, an adhesive is not used, and the polyurethane composite board has the characteristics of environment friendliness, fire resistance, firmness and the like.
