Polyurethane composite board for thermal insulation of building external wall and preparation process of polyurethane composite board
The invention relates to the technical field of heat insulation of building materials, in particular to a polyurethane composite board for heat insulation of a building external wall and a preparation process thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 4-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzaldehyde containing a terminal nitro group and a terminal hydroxyl group with phenyl dichlorophosphate, and reducing the nitro group into a terminal amino group under the reaction of tin chloride to generate a phosphorus-rich prepolymer which has reaction activity and contains a large amount of nitrogen and phosphorus elements; then, the flame-retardant modified polyurethane is subjected to a reaction with a polyurethane prepolymer still containing unreacted isocyanate groups, and copolymerization is performed to prepare flame-retardant modified polyurethane; on the basis, the polyurethane foaming layer and the hard flame-retardant polyurethane layer are further mixed with different component substances, so that the polyurethane foaming layer and the hard flame-retardant polyurethane layer are prepared and are subjected to hot-pressing combination, and finally the polyurethane composite board which is excellent in heat insulation and heat preservation and reliable in flame retardance is prepared.
本发明涉及建材保温技术领域,具体为一种建筑外墙保温用聚氨酯复合板及其制备工艺;本发明使用含有端硝基与端羟基的4‑羟基‑3‑硝基苯甲醛与二氯磷酸苯酯混合,并在氯化锡的反映下,将硝基还原成端氨基,生成具备反应活性,并含有大量氮磷元素的富磷预聚体,之后又将其与仍含有未反应的异氰酸酯基的聚氨酯预聚体反应,共聚制得阻燃改性聚氨酯;在此基础上,本申请进一步地将其与不同组分物质混合,从而制得聚氨酯发泡层、硬质阻燃聚氨酯层,并热压结合,最终制得具有优良的隔热保温、阻燃可靠的聚氨酯复合板材。
