The invention discloses an automatic indoor light regulating and controlling system. The automatic indoor light regulating and controlling system comprises a main controller, a lamp power switch, a position sensor for detecting the position of a window, a light sensor for detecting the brightness of light, a window driving motor, a curtain driving motor, a rainwater sensor, a first magnetic switch, a second magnetic switch, a first electromagnetic relay and a second electromagnetic relay, wherein the position sensor, the light sensor, the rainwater sensor, the first electromagnetic relay and the second electromagnetic relay are all connected with the main controller; the first electromagnetic relay is connected with the window driving motor by use of the first magnetic switch to control the window driving motor, while the second electromagnetic relay is connected with the curtain driving motor by use of the first magnetic switch to control the curtain driving motor; the output shaft of the window driving motor is connected with a movable window by use of a rope; the output shaft of the curtain driving motor is connected with a curtain by use of a pull rod. The automatic indoor light regulating and controlling system is capable of automatically opening or closing the curtain, the window and the lamp according to the brightness of the indoor light.
