The upper computer is connected with a user terminal in a wireless transmission mode, the single-chip microcomputer is further connected with a driving motor of the electric control window in a wireless transmission mode, and an electric control window regulation and control model is carried in the upper computer. According to the system for regulating and controlling the opening degree of the electric control window, indoor and outdoor CO, formaldehyde, PM2.5, CO2, temperature and wind direction data are collected through the data acquisition module, then a window opening scheme is obtained through the electric control window regulation and control model carried in the upper computer, opening and closing of the window are controlled according to the window opening scheme, and therefore the indoor ventilation condition is improved.
