The invention discloses a soil-sampling device and a paddy-field ridger equipped with the same. The soil-sampling device comprises a disc-plough-blade driving box arranged on the ridger and a disc plough blade used for soil plowing, wherein the disc-plough-blade driving box comprises a box body and a box cover; the box body is provided with a spiral bevel shaft, a spiral bevel gear, oil seals and a transmission shaft; the spiral bevel shaft is installed at the flange end of the box body through a bearing; the transmission shaft is arranged on the box body and the box cover through the bearing; the oil seals are arranged at the two ends of the transmission shaft; the spiral bevel gear is installed on the transmission shaft and is meshed with the spiral bevel shaft; and the disc-plough-blade is connected to the transmission shaft through a disc plough shaft. The soil-sampling device and the paddy-field ridger equipped with the same provided by the invention overcome the problems that the paddy-field ridger in the prior art has poor transmission stationarity, low accuracy and inadaptability to paddy-field ridging operation in various different soil environments.
