The invention relates to a nano artificial stone and a manufacturing method thereof. The nano artificial stone is manufactured from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-60% of unsaturated polyester, 0.1-1% of a silane coupling agent, 0.1-3% of an accelerating agent, 0.1-3% of a curing agent, 0.1-3% of a defoamer, 40-50% of inorganic minerals and 2-3% nano-silica for modifying unsaturated polyester. According to the nano artificial stone and the manufacturing method thereof, the components are odorless and pollution-free, are harmless to the environment and human bodies, can not shrink and deform in the course of use and can not cause pollution to water and soil after being discarded.
