Rubber asphalt ultra-thin wearing layer mixture and rubber asphalt ultra-thin wearing layer with effects of reducing noise and increasing skid resistance
The invention provides a rubber asphalt ultra-thin wearing layer mixture, comprising the following components: rubber asphalt and a mineral matter at the mass ratio of (4.9-5.3) to 100; and the mineral matter comprises limestone mechanism sand, limestone mineral powder and basalt with the particle size of 8-11mm. The invention also provides a rubber asphalt ultra-thin wearing layer. The void ratio of the wearing layer is greater than 10%. Pavement pores are communicated, so that the pavement pores have the elasticity modulus close to that of a tire, and thus the effect of reducing the driving noise of the pavement is achieved; and the mixture is capable of reducing the pump-absorbing action generated by vehicle tires and the pavement and improving the noise reduction capability. According to the wearing layer, communication of the pavement pores is increased; the wearing layer has relatively large macro construction depth; water is easy to drain off; the skid resistance is improved; and the driving comfort and safety are improved, so that the wearing layer has the advantages of outstanding ageing resistance, crack resistance, large deformation resistance and relatively high water stability.
